• Belle Glos Oeil de Perdrix Rosé
A dry, elegant rosé with a delicate salmon-pink hue (the classic “eye of the partridge”). Aromas and flavors of fresh strawberry, watermelon rind, citrus zest, wild roses, and light peach open on the nose and palate. Bright acidity and subtle minerality carry through a refreshing, crisp finish — perfect with appetizers and lighter fare.
• Belle Glos Glasir Holt Chardonnay
This single-vineyard Chardonnay from Santa Rita Hills shows a beautiful golden color with expressive aromas of Asian pear, melon, and toasted hazelnut. On the palate, expect vibrant stone fruit, lemon custard, and hints of tropical flower, all framed by bright, mouth-watering acidity and a refined minerality — a balanced, elegant white with a lingering finish.
• Belle Glos Las Alturas Pinot Noir
A bold and approachable California Pinot Noir with deep fruit character. Aromatics include raspberry, cherry lozenge, and mixed berry preserves, while the palate delivers juicy dark fruit, cherry cola, and hints of nutmeg or spice. Soft tannins and a warm, satisfying finish make it versatile with richer dishes.
• Belle Glos Dairyman Pinot Noir
Rich and complex Pinot from coastal California with aromas of dark cherry, boysenberry, and mulberry, along with baking spice and vanilla nuances. On the palate it’s generous and silky, offering bold flavors of ripe plum, cranberry, and cherry, with gentle cocoa and fig hints and a smooth, elegant finish.
