Join us for an elegant evening celebrating French wines, thoughtfully paired with a three-course tasting menu crafted by Chef Holly Goetting & the culinary team at Charley G’s.

First Course

Lemon Parmesan Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms with charred lemon vinaigrette, pine nuts

Second Course

Roasted Duck Risotto with pickled cherries, truffled gouda
2021 Château Coupe Roses, Granaxa, Minervois, Languedoc-Roussillon

Third Course

Lamb Burger Steak with feta potato purée, harissa aioli, pickled red onion & herb salad
2020 Château Unang, Ventoux, Rhône Valley

We kindly ask for no substitutions to the Tapas & Tasting menu, as each dish has been thoughtfully designed to highlight the paired wine.
